RETURN POLICY

At Discovery Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Returns

Merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the day it was purchased.  The following is a list of conditions that must be met to insure a full refund:

a.     Must have original sales receipt or can be searched in the customer profile.

b.     Date on receipt must be within 30 days of the current date.

c.      Price ticket must be attached to the garment.

d.     Garment(s) must be in sellable condition (Not worn or washed).

e.     Panties and earrings are non-returnable.

 

Refunds

We will provide a refund to the original form of payment method, immediately upon the return of the product. Please allow 5-7 business days for the return to be processed.
