What is your return policy? 

Merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the day it was purchased.  The following is a list of conditions that must be met to insure a full refund:

a.     Must have original sales receipt or can be searched in the customer profile.

b.     Date on receipt must be within 30 days of the current date.

c.      Price ticket must be attached to the garment.

d.     Garment(s) must be in sellable condition (Not worn or washed).

e.     Panties and earrings are non-returnable.

 

When can I expect my refund? 

We will provide a refund to the original form of payment method, immediately upon the return of the product. Please allow 5-7 business days for banks to process the return. 

 

What if I lost my receipt? 

If you have a customer profile in our POS System, we can look up your recent transactions. Proof of purchase is required for all returns to be processed. 

 

Why do you not have fitting rooms? 

We are committed to offering trendy fashion at affordable prices, while ensuring a secure shopping environment for our customers. Our decision to not have fitting rooms in our stores is based on a combination of factors, including our dedication to preventing loss, and keeping prices accessible. We understand the importance of trying on clothes, and our return policy ensures our customers have the flexibility to exchange or return items that do not meet their expectations.

Why do you not have an online store? 

We’re currently focusing on enhancing our in-store customer experience while keeping costs low to ensure we maintain the best prices for our products. We’re actively listening to everyone and exploring new ideas to expand our company, including the potential launch of a new website. Your support is invaluable, as we look to grown and improve. 

 

What size clothing do you carry?

I love an item featured on your social media. How do I find it in-store? 

Send us a message via Instagram with the item you’re looking for. We will provide you with the information. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response from our team. Sizes, quantity, and overall inventory varies store by store.
